Natural Ways to Avoid Irregularity - Fluids are Key
1-2
Fluids are Key
Keeping your stools soft and easy to pass requires plenty of fluids to keep the body hydrated. So, drink at least eight glasses of liquid a day. Concentrate on fruit juices, herbal teas and just plain water. Try to avoid caffeine - and alcohol-containing beverages which can cause you to urinate more frequently, and so, lose much needed fluids. If you are on a fluid restricted diet, please consult your physician about your recommended fluid intake.
Contrary to what you might think, drinking water does not cause bloating or weight gain. Without water the body cant get rid itself of waste through urine and stools.
